Rights to withdraw and produced returns

You had a change of mind or the product is not in accordance?

The Buyer has a extension of 14 working days as from the delivery date of his order, to return any article not agreing him and to ask for the exchange or for the repayment without penalty, with the exception of the expenses of return which stay chargeable to the Buyer. However, professional clients do not benefit from such a right.

All the articles are submitted to a contractual guarantee, which does not put obstacle to the legal guarantee planned by articles 1641 and following ones of the Civil code. For defective delivered articles, the Customer benefits from a guarantee allowing him to send back them according to articles L.211-4 and following ones of the Code of the Consumption.

Only will be taken back those sent back as a whole, in their complete and intact original packing, and in perfect condition of resale. Everything produces which will have been damaged, or whose original packing will have been damaged, will be neither paid off, nor will exchange.
